Chiropractic Adjusting Instruments are tools used by Dr. Rosner to help treatment patients of all ages. These tools can be used in a variety of situations as they are gentile, precise and allow for corrections to be made without twisting, turning or "popping" sounds.
Dr. Rosner often incorporates many different chiropractic techniques to better serve his patient's needs.
Impulse adjusting technique is a safe and gentile alternative to manual or hands-on adjusting. Impulse adjusting requires no twist or turning of the lower back or neck. It is a tool that allows us to adjust the spine without the patient hearing the "popping" sounds called a cavitation. This technique is great for all ages from infants to the elderly.
The Impulse IQ instrument has a built in computer that analyzes the frequency of vibration of the vertebrae. Once the optimal vibration frequency is reached that computer automatically stops and the adjustment is complete.
Similar to the Impulse IQ Adjusting tool, the Activator is a tool that makes a gentile tap sound. Unlike the computerized, multiple taping, electronic Impulse IQ, the Activator is a manual single tap tool. Dr. Rosner often uses this tool on infants, sinus congestion and on the neck.
Both the Impulse IQ and Activator allow Dr. Rosner to provide gentile chiropractic care to patients of all ages and with different conditions.
